Too make it even worse, she was running for her friend that died in the Sandy Hooks shooting.

I am a street photographer in New York City. Several months ago, I was approached by a representative of DKNY who asked to purchase 300 of my photos to hang in their store windows “around the world.” They offered me $15,000. A friend in the industry told me that $50 per photo was not nearly enough to receive from a company with hundreds of millions of dollars of revenue. So I asked for more money. They said “no.”

Today, a fan sent me a photo from a DKNY store in Bangkok. The window is full of my photos. These photos were used without my knowledge, and without compensation.

I don’t want any money. But please REBLOG this post if you think that DKNY should donate $100,000 on my behalf to the YMCA in Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn. That donation would sure help a lot of deserving kids go to summer camp. I’ll let you guys know if it happens.

If you are just coming to my site, I regret to inform you that

Bryant Eslava filed a DMCA takedown notice with tumblr today, claiming to own the custom html theme I was using. Bryant later announced on Facebook his claims.  Including bragging about his text to David Karp to remove my theme. Bryant, later began openly criticizing my work and professionalism, along with tagging, inviting and messaging several of my followers, suggesting they remove me as a friend. I filed a counter notice to his Bogus Claims with Tumblr Support; Stating all content is in fair use as the creative commons listed on the pages of Nivo Slider and Font Squirrel the original developers of the plugins that he is claiming to own. 

I am awaiting Tumblr Support to now restore my theme after filing the notice, however I feel this may be a fixed game as Bryant is regularly featured and sponsored on Tumblr along with other staff.

Sorry to all of my followers whom Bryant messaged or tagged asking you to unfollow me or remove me as a friend. I also regret to inform you, that during the progress of this situation I am not going to be changing or updating my theme. If my my theme is not restored I will mostly likely just delete my account and take my leave from tumblr. If you would like to stay updated please like my page on facebook or instagram.
